As the principal and founder of Paz Valuation, LLC, Eric Taieb has been involved in the real estate appraisal industry since 2001, providing commercial and residential real estate valuation and due diligence services in the Greater Boston area for institutional and private clients, including lenders, attorneys, accountants, investors, and non-profit community development corporations (CDC's).

Eric Taieb has provided valuation services on many types of real estate including multi-family apartments, office, industrial, retail strips, shopping centers, mixed-use buildings, hotels & motels, special purpose properties, land, and development projects.

He also developed an expertise in the affordable housing valuation, DHCD's market study and market feasibility report.

Eric Taieb is qualified as an Expert Witness and has appeared in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts.

Prior to moving to the Boston area, Eric Taieb has been working as a Money Broker in London (UK) and Currency Trader in Tel Aviv (Israel).
